Epix Developments was founded in 2009 with the goal of creating new homes for families to complement and contribute to Greater Vancouver’s many thriving communities. Over the past several years we have expanded our scope from single-family homes to multi-family project throughout the Lower Mainland and beyond, all the while maintaining our commitment to quality, honesty and integrity.

Our simple company structure enables us to respond quickly to market conditions, which helps us maintain a progressive, forward-looking approach to everything we do. We work with the very best local talent in design, architecture and construction to ensure our residential and multi-use urban developments have a positive impact on their neighbourhoods, with highly livable homes for families of all shapes and sizes.

Our projects are created with homeowners in mind, which is why we choose to locate our developments close to retail, community and commercial amenities.  Our homes are often walking distance from grocery stores, schools, parks, public transportation, medical facilities, restaurants and entertainment, to support smart, sustainable growth in our urban communities.
