Brownstones is a boutique, family-friendly collection of 16 townhomes and two character house units, steps from Kingscrest Park in the vibrant Vancouver neighbourhood of Kensington-Cedar Cottage. The spacious three-bedroom townhomes are defined by open and bright interiors, with nine-foot ceilings, expansive windows and private decks contributing to the generous sense of space.

Brownstones includes two unique homes that retain the charm, character and many authentic features of the original homes on the site, complemented by a full structural restoration. Elegant curved-cornice ceilings, hardwood flooring and exposed Douglas fir beams have been preserved to create an environment that blends contemporary comforts with a heritage feel.

Just down the street from Brownstones is a retail and restaurant district full of exotic flavours from around the world. The neighbourhood is diverse and welcoming, a mosaic that’s come together over the years through organic growth and continues to evolve in an authentic and exciting direction.
